The product must be unopened and in resellable condition. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund the money after a 20% restocking fee.
Unless they are defective, diffusers are not returnable, as they cannot be resold. All diffusers have a one year warranty - so please email Warranty@AromaMatrix.com if your diffuser starts acting all wonky.
How Fast Is Shipping?
We are unable to guarantee same-day shipping on standard orders at this time. If you need expedited shipping, you must place your order BEFORE NOON and notate it on your order. You can also follow up via email to email@example.com. Most orders do ship within 2-3 business days. Banners/Table runners ship within 4-6 business days.
If something arrives damaged please immediately take some phone pics of the box and damaged products, and email them to us with your order number. This helps us to file a claim with the shipper. We will immediately send out new product to replace the damaged product, and will of course scold the shipper and ask them to please use nicer gorillas.
